Two militants killed in Jammu and Kashmir gunfight with security forces

Two activists of the Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) equip were killed on Saturday in a gunfight with security powers in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar locale, police sources said. 

Both were slaughtered in Khonmoh territory on the edges of Srinagar city. They had wanted to upset the Republic Day capacities being held here, the sources said 

Two AK-47 rifles and ammo were recuperated from their ownership. The killed activists' names were not given out. 

A pursuit task was going on in the territory. 

The Rashtriya Rifles, the Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) prior encompassed Khonmoh zone following data about the nearness of activists. 

"As the cordon was fixed, the aggressors let go, setting off the experience," a cop said. 

Security was elevated in the city as different authority capacities have been arranged regarding the Republic Day festivities.
